We are six lads from the village of Wing aged between 14 and 16.

We found out about the Shenington 24 hour race from the Leighton Buzzard Explorers.

The challenge of designing, building and racing a pedal car is exciting and is something that we have not done before.

Neil from BAR let us have a go in his pedal car at Silverstone, this was a great experience and helped us get the pedal car finished.

The chassis of the pedal car is finished and we have tested it a few times, we hope to put some bodywork on before the race.

Our main hope for the race is to complete the 24 hours and have fun, and then to be in the top 20.

If all goes well at Shennington we hope to enter other races as well.
